The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and service. I believe they really went out of their way to explain my new entertainment system and provided clear direction. Ferris Audio Video designed and installed AV equipment for me in my home.   I am very happy with the results.  The flat screen TV in my family room is secured with a movable bracket to a stationary wall and appears to float in front of a picture window on the adjacent wall.  The effect is perfect with no wires or other equipment visible.  Instructions for operation were complete and easy to follow.  Follow up questions were answered promptly.  Personnel were always polite, clean up excellent.  I highly recommend Ferris Audio Video, they do an excellent job.
